The race will start and finish in Lækjargata, the center of
Reykjavik where the race will finish as well. The Marathon and the Half
Marathon are one lap (except for the last part of the marathon, as it
goes nearly the same route as in the beginning of the race).
The course is about 60% flat and 40% rolling.
Runners in the half marathon who expect to finish the race in more than
3 hours are expected to start at 9:00 AM, at the same time as the
marathon main start.
