Featuring a stretch that takes runners along the sands of Jacksonville's beaches and the opportunity to support one of the running world's most significant charitable fundraising efforts, the 26.2 With Donna National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer welcomes several thousand runners each February to this corner of northeast Florida.

Both the half and the full marathons in this event start at Jacksonville's Mayo Clinic Campus just off San Pablo Road, and take runners from the clinic and over Jacksonville's intracoastal waterway, toward the beach communities of Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach and then back again for the finish.
