Details
Mobile's First Light Marathon & Half Marathon also features a
1.5K fun run (which starts 30 minutes after the marathon and half
marathon runners) and is open to walkers and relay teams. The 13.1-mile
course winds through historic areas of downtown Mobile, through
Crawford Park and along Dauphin Street, and ends at the city's
Bienville Square.

Weather & Climate
Set in lower Alabama's southeastern corner, on the shores of the Mobile
Bay, the city of Mobile typically sees mild to cool (and sometimes
cold) weather conditions in the winter, months, with normally ample
rainfall/precipitation. In January, average monthly temperatures range
between 61°F and 39°F, while precipitation totals
average
around 5.75 inches for the month.

$30 for the half marathon, if registered by October 1, 2009
$35 between Oct. 2 - December 31
$40 after January 1, 2010
