Named for an early pioneer in the town of Jonesboro, Arkanas, the
Fergus Snoddy Half Marathon takes runners along a rolling course filled
with hilly sections along the city's scenic Crowley's Ridge. No pets,
bicycles or inline skates are permitted along the course during the
race, which takes place along mostly paved surfaces, and starts and
finishes at Craighead Forest Park.
