The City To The Sea Half-Marathon is a scenic point-to-point race that
starts in downtown San Luis Obispo and heads to Avila Beach, along
country roads and the City To The Sea bikeway & trail corridor.
The race takes place on a variety of terrains, from asphalt roads to
dirt trails through through unspoiled creekside areas, with the finish
at the
Avila Beach Resort in Avila Beach. The course has only minimal changes
in elevation, and runs only a few feet downhill to sea level.
