Event Details

The 4-H Old Mulkey Classic Marathon & Half Marathon is an out-and-back loop race that starts and finishes at Tompkinsville's Monroe County Middle School, and also features a 10K event. The course takes place over an entirely paved surface, through the scenic rolling hills of this town in central southern Kentucky, and features mostly mild elevation changes -- the race begins at 850 feet above sea level and reaches 1,025 feet at its highest point. Runners are taken also through the Tompkinsville City Park, past several country farms and the Old Mulkey State Park before returning to the finish line at the school.
