Details
The Hippie Chick Half Marathon also includes a quarter marathon and
1-mile fun run for kids, and takes place in Oregon's scenic Champoeg
State Park
just to the south of Portland across the Willamette River.
Limited to 500 participants, the race takes place over a double loop
course -- each loop is 6.55 miles, allowing runners to leave after the
first loop.

Weather & Climate
The race takes place just outside Portland in nearby St. Paul, which
tends to see temperatures averaging between 44°F and
68°F in May.
Rainfall tends to be light and infrequent, as precipitation averages
less than 2 inches during the month.
