Event Details

The full and half marathon course that runs around this southern Wisconsin town centers around the nine-mile-long Lake Geneva, known as "one of the great blue lakes of the world," which has been a popular spot for tourists since the 1800's. Challenging and scenic, the half begins at the same starting line as the full at 8:00 a.m. and finishes at Reid Park in nearby Fontana, taking runners on a tour of glacier-forged hills and along an ancient native American trail. The weekend also features a marathon relay, cross-country marathon, 10K and 5K events, and an adventure race with running and kayaking portions.

Race Weather & Climate

Early spring weather in the Lake Geneva area can be cool but is usually mild, with May temperatures averaging between 48°F and 72°F. Rainfall remains a possibility, as precipitation averages just over 3 1/2 inches during the month.

Fees

$35 for the half marathon
