With an out-and-back course that takes runners first through Waukesha's
city streets
and sidewalks and then along the nearby Glacial Drumlin Trail, the
Trailbreaker
Marathon & Half Marathon takes participants along a scenic
route of improved trails. Be prepared for cold weather, especially in
the early going -- the race starts prompty at 8:00 a.m. at Frame Park.
Though half marathoners don't get to reach this point, the full
marathoners must climb the 40-ft. Lapham Peak Tower and ring the bell
before turning back for the second half of the race.
