2) I will eat more leafy greens and drink less beer.

3) I will not go out too fast in a race.

4) I will stretch for at least 10 minutes after every run.

5) I will strength train a minimum of 3 days a week.

6) I will run without my GPS watch twice a month.

7) I will not compare myself to faster runners.

8) I will negative split every race.

9) I will properly warm up for each run.

10) I will not swear at the alarm clock.

11) I will not ignore pain before, during, and after running.

12) I will find new routes to run.

13) I will get 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night.

14) I will buy running shoes only when I really need them.

15) I will stick to my training plan.
