Labor Day Run 5K, 10k, & Half Marathon course in Phoenix, AZ

Running in tandem with the Coffee Lovers Run and operated by the same event host, the Labor Day Run offers a 5k, 10k, and half marathon course option, and is an event put off to celebrate the spirit of blood, sweat, and tears by those who’ve helped build this Country to what it is.

Taking all participants through a beautiful running route along Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, an oasis of parts in Scottsdale traversing an 11-mile stretch of running paths, a scenic golf course, and everything else that can be found in the heart of Scottsdale!

With the weather in Arizona boasting the capacity to heat up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 degrees Celsius) in September, runners are all but guaranteed a gorgeous day for the event.

Start times are operated in generous waves of 8-15 participants. Because this race is casual and private in nature, times are kept manually by event coordinators, and food and snacks are provided throughout on an as-needed basis.

Notably, this race is all about the celebration of laborours and the promotion of good health; it is NOT competitive like other half marathon events you may have participated in.

As for the event, it’s a small private community race so cut-offs are generous, start times are rolling, with each start time capped at 15 runners, and for those who can’t make it in person, a virtual option is available for you to participate!
