The final of three private community events held on September 2nd in Phoenix, AZ, the Run For Donuts Race comprises a 5k, 10k, and half marathon, and is a race that brings together donut lovers alike.
This event takes all participants through a beautiful running route along Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, an oasis of parts in Scottsdale traversing an 11-mile stretch of running paths, a scenic golf course, and everything else that can be found in the heart of Scottsdale!
With the weather in Arizona boasting the capacity to heat up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 degrees Celsius) in September, runners are all but guaranteed a gorgeous day for the event.
Start times are operated in generous waves of 8-15 participants. Because this race is casual and private in nature, times are kept manually by event coordinators, and food and snacks are provided throughout on an as-needed basis.
As for the swag bag, all runners can expect an epic graphic donuts shirt, a finishers medal, and your choice of a custom mug!
Finally, this small private community race so cut-offs are generous, start times are rolling, with each start time capped at 15 runners, and for those who can’t make it in person, a virtual option is available for you to participate!
