Located in the most populous city of Arkansas, the Haunted Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k takes place in beautiful Little Rock within the well-known Two Rivers Park.
PR Chasers. Offering runners the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of Two Rivers Park, a 1000-acre park located in central Arkansas, the Haunted Half Marathon is a fun Halloween-themed event fun for the entire family to enjoy.
From well-maintained paved and unpaved running/walking trails to beautiful gardens, abundant wildlife, and a newly constructed pedestrian bridge connecting to the Arkansas River Trail.
This out-and-back course comprising four laps lines runners up at the start line located in Two Rivers Park on 6900 Two Rivers Park Road. From there, they run along Little Maumelle River before veering right then left along the park’s trails.
Runners will then retrace their footsteps back toward the start line and repeat the course three more times to finish. With little to no elevation throughout, and a moderate temperature to be expected during this time of year, this course often results in several personal bests (PRs)!
All runners who’ve crossed the finish can expect a Halloween-themed finisher’s medal. There will also be an awards ceremony to reward the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in both the Male and Female categories.
With a half marathon cut-off time of four (4) hours, this event is suitable for runners and brisk walkers alike.
Race Weather & Climate
Located in central Arkansas, Little Rock is about 50 miles west of Pine Bluff and 120 miles east of Hot Springs. It sits roughly 140 miles north of the Louisiana state line.

Starting Time
- The half marathon, 5K and 10K start time is 8:00 AM CDT.
- The time limit for the half marathon is 4 hours.
- The time limit for the 5K and 10K is 2 hours.
