The Woodside Ramble 50k Ultra, 36k Ultra, Half Marathon, & 10k is a renowned end-of-year trail racing event with something to offer all ability levels.
Trail Runners. Taking place in Huddart County Park, the Woodside Ramble is a trail runner’s dream course, often touted as a trail runner’s paradise, encompassing all that you could ever wish for in a course.
From steep canyons and emphatic forest slopes to streams, gullies, moss-covered redwoods, and idyllic trails, what more could you ask for to end off the year with a bang?!
13.2 miles with 2600 feet of elevation gain, the half marathon course journey’s runners through the twists and turns of the Huddart County Park and Wunderlich County Park trails.
Moderately challenging and technical, runners will be tasked with following the marked course ribbons to ensure they stay on track throughout the navigation of the race.
While there are several aid stations throughout that are stocked with everything from water and Gatorade to M&Ms and GU Energy Gels, this event is an environmentally-friendly cupless event. As such, runners are encouraged to come prepared with their own water bottles.
A total of 450 participants are allowed to register across all distances.

The half marathon start time is 8:30 AM.
All runners must be off the course by 4:00 PM.

Race Fees
- There is a $85.00 fee for the half marathon ($95.00 after Nov 30).
- There is a $125.00 fee for the 50k ($135.00 after Nov 30).
- There is a $100.00 fee for the 35k ($110.00 after Nov 30).
- There is a $70.00 fee for the 10k ($80.00 after Nov 30).
