Runners follow an out-and-back course that starts and finishes along the eastern edge of Bald Eagle Lake, and then takes the field on a largely fast and flat course that ranges from a low of about 910 feet above sea level to a peak elevation of about 950 feet over the race’s 13.1 miles. Much of the race takes runners along the shoreline of Bald Eagle Lake and Otter Lake, with stretches through the neighborhoods just north of the lakes.
Note: The course map above provides the approximate route for the race. Though every effort has been made to ensure its accuracy, changes are sometimes made to race routes due to weather conditions, road closures or other circumstances that can require a course to be changed.
