Course Map: Cedar City Half Marathon

Called one of the fastest half marathon courses in the country, the Cedar City Half Marathon starts near the Cedar Breaks National Monument — at over 8,000 feet above sea level — and loses more than 2,300 feet over the course of the race’s 13.1 miles to the finish line in Main Street Park. The mountains, canyon cliffs and sandstone along the canyon road show off Utah’s natural beauty at a time of year when the fall colors will be in full bloom.

Race Surrender Time: 10:30 AM – The Utah Highway Patrol will reopen Cedar Canyon to traffic at 10:30 AM, and all runners must be off the Canyon highway (SR-14), by that time. (Note: The last 3 miles of the course are on the Cedar City Trail System).
