Runners follow an out-and-back course through the city known as the “Crossroads of America” for the Indianapolis Women’s Half Marathon, which starts near the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in downtown Indianapolis. From there, the race will take runners past local landmarks ranging from Lucas Oil Stadium (where Super Bowl XLVI was played in 2012) to the Soldiers and Sailors Monument and the Indiana War Memorial Plaza District.
Note: The course map above provides the approximate route for the race. Though every effort has been made to ensure its accuracy, changes are sometimes made to race routes due to weather conditions, road closures or other circumstances that can require a course to be changed.
