Runners follow a point-to-point course that starts at Laughlin Jr./Senior High School west of downtown Laughlin. From there, the course heads into the Colorado River Heritage Greenway Park, with views of the Mojave Desert all around. The first three miles feature what organizers say is a mild 352-ft. ascent, and that’s the toughest hill of the race – the rest of the course consists of rolling hills and the last few miles are all-flat or downhill.
Note: The course map above provides the approximate route for the race. Though every effort has been made to ensure its accuracy, changes are sometimes made to race routes due to weather conditions, road closures or other circumstances that can require a course to be changed.
