With over 3,000 feet of elevation change and a six-hour time limit, runners can expect a challenge at the Mile Run Trail Race, which takes runners through the Tiadaghton State Forest on a scenic and hill-filled course. Rocky footing, stream crossings, and large uphill stretches make this course a challenge for beginners and experienced trail runners alike.
