Course Map: Rock ‘n’ Roll San Diego Half Marathon


From the starting line at 6th Avenue and Quince Street, along the western edge of San Diego’s famed Balboa Park, the Rock ‘n’ Roll San Diego Half Marathon follows the same course as the full marathon for nearly the first eight miles of the race. Just after mile 8, runners in the half then split off and head south through Balboa Park. After that, they make their way to the race finish line, just blocks from the Pacific Ocean.

    what can you tell me about the half marathon course ? Is it hilly, mostly flat ? are there any down hills ect
