The course for the Seneca Half Marathon race takes runners on an out-and-back route that starts and finishes at the city’s Shaver Recreational Complex, which lies just off South 4th Street and features baseball and softball fields, a 1.1-mile running and walking track, and a nature trail. From there, the course makes a counter-clockwise loop along 4th Street, Wells Highway and Oak Street, and then heads into town for the rest of the race.
Note: The course map above provides the approximate route for the race. Though every effort has been made to ensure its accuracy, changes are sometimes made to race routes due to weather conditions, road closures or other circumstances that can require a course to be changed.
