From the start and finish line at the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium, runners at the Annapolis Half Marathon follow an out-and-back course that winds first through the city’s historic downtown district and around the campus of St. John’s College, and then across the bridge that spans the Severn River for a long out-and-back stretch along Boulters Way and then for just over two miles along the Baltimore and Annapolis Trail.Â
