Runners follow a loop course for the Bend Half Marathon, which starts and finishes at Les Schwab Amphitheater. From there, the course heads through downtown Bend and then for a long stretch of road running to the north and west of downtown Bend. After that, runners make their way on a long stretch along the Deschutes River back to the amphitheater where the finish line lies.
