Runners are set to follow an out-and-back course for the Biggest Loser Run/Walk, along the oceanfront that starts and finishes at Panama City Beach’s Pier Park. From there, the route takes runners right onto Front Beach Road, which they’ll stay on for roughly the next 6 1/2 miles until they reach the half-way turnaround point, just past Kiska Beach and Hollywood Beach. Once they make the turn, they head back in the direction they just ran, retracing their steps all the way back to Pier Park for the race finish.
