Runners start and finish the out-and-back course for the Run to Remember Half Marathon at the Seaport World Trade Center, and from there follow the route past Boston Harbor and across the Longfellow Bridge over the Charles River, and past the green grounds of the Boston Common and Public Garden. In the second half of the race, the course takes runners along the river to Harvard University and within view of Boston University and Fenway Park across the river.
