Runners start the race near the Single Tree Campground on Boulder Mountain, which lies south of Torrey along Highway 12. From there — the elevation at the starting line is just over 8,200 feet above sea level — runners will make their way onto Highway 12, and then head north towards Torrey, where you’ll cross the finish line at the park in the center of town.
