Runners follow a double-loop course at Ohio’s Buckeye Half Marathon, which takes place inside Cuyahoga Valley National Park just north of Akron and nearby Cuyahoga Falls. Largely fast and flat — its (mostly) rolling hills feature minimal changes in elevation, though there are occasional hilly stretches especially near Indigo Lake — the race offers both an individual half marathon and a two-person relay; in the relay race, each runners will run one loop of the route.
