Runners follow a point-to-point course that unfolds largely along the Platte River that flows through the city at the Casper Half Marathon, which starts in the parking lot of the Casper Events Center just off Poplar Street. From there, runners follow Amoco Road and Bryant Stock Trail to the Platte River Parkway, the paved trail along the river that they’ll run for the next several miles. The race finish line lies at the Crossroads Park across the river.
