Runners follow an out-and-back course for the half marathon at the CNY Bread Run, which starts and finishes at the campus of Fabius-Pompey Middle & High School on Main Street. From there, the course heads north out of town to start a counter-clockwise loop along the rolling rural country roads in and around this small town that lies just outside Syracuse in central New York state.
