Course Map: Great New York State Half Marathon

Designed to take advantage of this part of central New York state’s fall season — when the leaves turn brilliant shades of red, gold, brown and orange — the Great New York State Half Marathon race follows an out-and-back course along Syracuse’s Onondaga Lake. The race starts and finishes at NBT Bank Stadium just off Hiawatha Boulevard, and from there heads onto the Onondaga Lake Parkway to the half-way turnaround point at the northwest end of the lake.
