Both the Happy Half Marathon and the 5K follow out-and-back courses that start and finish at Ellicottville’s Holiday Valley Resort, which lies just off Highway 219. From there, the half marathon features long stretches along Sugartown Road and Salamanca Sugartown, before bringing runners back north along Martin Road and across Forks Creek back up to the Holiday Valley Resort, where they’ll cross the finish line.
