Runners follow an out-and-back course for the Heights Half Marathon, which starts in front of Running Central at Prospect Road and Marietta Avenue in Peoria Heights. From there, runners follow the first loop around Prospect, Glen and Grandview before heading back around to the starting line again to start the second loop, which takes runners south along Grandview down to Grand View Park and back, with a turnaround in the cul-de-sac at the Peoria Office of Emergency Management.
