Runners will start the out-and-back course for Omaha’s Hot Cider Hustle Half Marathon at Skutt Catholic High School on 156th Street, and from there head out on the paved roads and paved trails that wind around Zorinsky Lake, in the middle of the Edward Zorinsky Recreation Area. Most of the trails are very flat — the elevation change for the race only differs by roughly 100 feet over the course of your 13.1 miles — which means it’s open to walkers as well as runners.
