The Jail Break Run Half Marathon follows an out-and-back route that starts and finishes on the Lee College campus. From there, runners head east and south along Texas Avenue and Evergreen Road. After reaching Main Street, runners head toward the Fred Hartman Bridge, which straddles the Houston Ship Channel and connects Baytown with nearby LaPorte.
