Runners follow an out-and-back route for the Kathryn M. Freeman Race for Ovarian Cancer, which will start and finish in South Williamsport Park. From there, runners will head out and remain largely on the Susquehanna Riverwalk biking and running paths, which hug the shoreline of the Susquehanna River and take runners along both the Williamsport and South Williamsport sections of town. After hitting the turnaround point on Greevey Road, the course heads back across the walkway at the Market Street bridge, to the finish line back at the park.
