Runners are set to start the out-and-back course for the race along Meeting House Circle near the golf course, and from there head around the circle before turning right on Brawley School Road. A nearly two-mile-long out-and-back on that road is followed by another heading south from the golf course, with loop stretches through the neighborhoods of beautiful homes that look out onto the waters of Lake Norman, before heading back to the finish line at Vestal Drive.
