Course Map: Lost Dutchman Half Marathon

From the starting line at Prospector Park near downtown Apache Junction, the out-and-back course for Arizona’s Lost Dutchman Half Marathon takes runners eastward in the direction of the Superstition Mountains, which tower over the eastern side of the city. Mostly flat for its first four miles through the city, the course turns hillier as it reaches Mountain View Road, Geronimo Road and East Broadway Avenue, where runners can expect to hit some stretches of dirt road on their way to the turnaround point.
