Runners follow a point-to-point course for the half marathon, which starts on Langdon Street just blocks from the Wisconsin Historical Society, along the shore of Lake Mendota. Several of the city’s most well-known sights can be seen along the race route, including the Wisconsin State Capitol building, the Kohl Center and Lake Wingra south of downtown, before runners make their way to the finish line on Park Street at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
