Runners follow an out-and-back course for the 13.1-mile race at the MAINEiacs Charities Half, which starts and finishes at the Holiday Inn just outside Bangor, near the intersection of Odlin Road and Perry Road. From there, the course heads east along Perry, south on Mecaw Road and then turns right onto Highway 202. Runners remain on 202 for the next three miles until they get to Coldbrook Road, where they turn right off the highway and make turns onto Coldbrook, Papermill Road and Emerson Mill Road until they reach the half-way turnaround.
