Runners start the Mohawk Hudson River Half Marathon at the half-way point of the full marathon in Cohoes, at Colonie Town Park on Schermerhorn Road. From there, the race heads east and south along the Hudson River through Green Island and Watervliet, finishing with the last few miles along the trail that runs alongside the river. The finish line for both races lies at Jennings Landing at Corning Preserve on Quay Street, in Albany.
