Runners start the out-and-back course for the Mustang Mini half marathon at the Edgewood Cross Country Course, in front of the Edgewood Primary and Intermediate School buildings. From there, the race unfolds along a twisting, winding route along a combination of country roads and trails, including some trails through Flatwoods Park. There’s about 282 feet of elevation change over the entire 13.1 miles, and the trails bring you back to the front of the school for the race finish.
