Runners follow an out-and-back route for the half marathon, which starts and finishes in Bend’s Riverbend Park and unfolds largely along the Deschutes River. From the park, you’ll follow the Mount Bachelor Village Trail, the Haul Road Trail and the Rimrock Trail as you wind your way along the riverbanks with each twist and turn in the Deschutes. When you make it to Widgi Creek Golf Course, you’ll follow the roads alongside the edges of the course to the turnaround point, and then head back to Riverbend Park for the race finish.
