Runners start the out-and-back course for the Parker River Half Marathon at Triton Regional High School, on Elm Street. From there, the race first heads north through Byfield along Central Street, Church Street and Moody Street, before turning off to run north along the loop around Moulton Street and Cherry Hill Street. Then the race heads back south, for a big loop around Great Meadow Farm, including a pair of crossings over the Parker River, before heading back to the high school for the race finish.
