Runners start the Prince William Half Marathon at Jiffy Lube Live, an outdoor amphitheater just outside the park and roughly 35 miles from Washington, D.C. From there, the race heads into Manassas National Battlefield Park, where you’ll run on paved roads with quite a few out-and-back turnaround stretches, including a run out to the 14th Regiment Monument and back, before heading back to Jiffy Lube Live for the race finish line. The course time limit is 3 1/2 hours, and runners can expect paved surfaces throughout.
