Runners are set to follow an out-and-back course for the Race 13.1 Baltimore Half Marathon, which will start and finish in the city’s Inner Harbor at Rash Field, a waterfront park next to the Maryland Science Center and just across the harbor from Baltimore’s National Aquarium. From there, the race will unfold out toward Fort McHenry and back — when the final race map is available, it will be published below.
