Runners start the out-and-back course for the Race 13.1 Evans Half Marathon at Evans Towne Center Park, which lies just off Washington Road, between Ronald Reagan Drive and Evans to Locks Road. From there, runners head south along Evans Town Center Boulevard and then onto Evans to Locks Road, where they’ll spend most of the next six miles until they reach the Augusta Canal Locks at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion. They’ll run along the canal trail for a brief out-and-back, and then head back in reverse all the way to the park for the finish.

Turn-by-Turn Directions
- Start in Evans Town Center Park
- Head south towards Evans Town Center Blvd.
- Right onto Evans Town Center Blvd.
- Left onto Evans to Locks Road
- Continue through Fury’s Ferry Road intersection on Evans to Locks Road
- Continue through Stevens Creek Road intersection on Evans to Locks Road
- Enter Savannah Rapids Pavilion
- Right onto Augusta Canal Trail
- Cross over Augusta Canal Bridge
- Right onto Augusta Canal Trail
- Look for turn-around point
- Return to Start/Finish area along same route, in reverse
