Runners start the out-and-back course for the half marathon along 6th Street, next to Nashville’s Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. From there, they’ll head around the park and then out onto Harrison Street, which they’ll follow northeast toward the Cumberland River Greenway trail. They’ll jump on the trail and follow it north for a stretch, and then spend much of the second half of the race on the trail before coming back to the park for the race finish.
