Runners will start the Rim Rock Half Marathon at the Highland View pull-off along Monument Road, which also is where the race’s 5th aid station and marathon relay point lies. From there, you’ll follow an almost all-downhill (and very twisty and winding) route down into nearby Fruita, where you’ll cross the finish line after passing through the west entrance to Colorado National Monument, in front of Circle Park.
