Runners are set to follow an out-and-back route at Saginaw’s Run for Your Heart Half Marathon, which starts and finishes near the offices of Michigan CardioVascular Institute. From there, the course proceeds through Hoyt Park, and then heads for a long, out-and-back stretch along the banks of the Saginaw River. Once runners make it back to Ezra Rust Drive, they’ll take a left and head across the bridge that crosses over the river, for a long stretch along Court Street, to Arthur Hill High School and back.
