Runners follow an out-and-back course along the West Branch of the Susquehanna River at this half marathon, which starts and finishes in Williamsport’s South Williamsport Park Complex on East Central Avenue. From there, the race route heads north toward the river and onto the paved Riverwalk trail that runs alongside the river, including a pair of bridge crossings (first at Maynard Street, later at Market Street), and a turnaround in Riverfront Park, before heading back to the park where they started for the race finish.
